EverCut works on most standard residential lawns. During our free evaluation, we assess your property's terrain, grade, obstacles, and grass type to confirm compatibility and recommend the right system for your specific yard.

Our team handles edging and trimming on a regular schedule. The robotic mower manages the main lawn area, while our technicians ensure the perimeters, beds, and borders always look crisp and clean.

Modern robotic mowers have built-in sensors and lift detection to avoid most obstacles automatically. If a mower does get stuck, it sends an alert to our monitoring system and our team responds promptly — you won't have to do a thing.

The mower automatically returns to its docking station when it detects rain or wet conditions. Mowing resumes automatically once conditions are safe — no intervention needed on your part.

No — the mower is yours. EverCut sources, delivers, and installs the right robot mower for your property, but ownership transfers to you. We are a service and support company, not an equipment company. This means no rental fees, no equipment markups, and an asset that adds value to your home. You can finance the mower through our lending partners or purchase it outright — your choice.

Yes. Equipment starts at $999 and can be financed through our lending partners starting at approximately $29/month with approved credit. There is no large upfront requirement to get started — many customers finance the mower and simply roll it into their total monthly investment alongside their service plan. Founding pilot members receive our most favorable financing terms.

No problem. During installation we'll set up a dedicated access point for the robot so it can move between areas on its own schedule. If that's not possible on your property, simply leaving the gate open during mowing windows is an easy alternative — most customers don't even notice.

Yes — our vision goes well beyond mowing. EverCut is building a complete outdoor environment management system. As we expand, members will have access to fertilization, weed control, top dressing, lawn leveling, drainage solutions, irrigation upgrades, and smart water controls. Think of us as the operating system for your entire yard.
